Troll is moving location to the “Dungeon”. This is the building just south of the Royal Condos. We are also implementing a FastPass lane. If EVERYONE in the vehicle is completely paid up, you will be able to go through Troll without leaving your vehicle. Workers will bring a tablet up to your vehicle to complete registration and provide your site token and any pre-purchased site booklets. People will still have the ability to park and go into Troll if they need to make a payment or have an issue with their registration. Entry will still be through the East Gate like last year. At the first intersection you will be directed to either Troll Parking, or the FastPass lane. FastPass will be open on Saturday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Have the following when trolling in:
- Positive ID with photo and birth date E.g.: Photo drivers license, Military ID, Passport.
- Minors (age 17 or under) without parents or legal guardians must have the appropriate unaccompanied
minor forms required by the Kingdom of Residence.
- Proof of membership
- Car license number if you are responsible for a vehicle
- Enough CASH for any additional gate fees
- PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR

Acceptable Proof of Membership:
- Membership card
- Mailing label from a Society publication showing membership # and expiration date
- Payment confirmation from Society registry
- Statement showing check payment or charge to Society registry

We are moving to the new SCARS (SCA Registration System) instead of PayPal for online registration. This system has the advantage that you make the payment at the time of registration instead of waiting for a separate invoice. It is the same system used to purchase SCA memberships. Members will use the same account they used to purchase their membership. Non members will need to create a new account, but they do not need to purchase a membership. Multiple people, both members and non members can be put on a single order. Also, site booklets will be available for purchase through the registration system.
Early Registration by paper form and check or money order must be postmarked by 1/31/2020. No paper forms postmarked after 1/31/2020 will be accepted. Early registration by SCARS by 2/15/2020 will be charged at the discounted price. All registrations made by 2/15/2020 and not refunded will count in land allotments.

After March 1, 2021 all refund requests are processed at the discretion of the Gulf Wars Exchequer and the Autocrat, and only for serious situations that would result in someone not attending the War. No refunds will be issued for ANY REASON after March 13, 2021. Refund requests not received by the Exchequer before March 6, 2021 may be delayed in processing.
Other Registration Policies
Pets are not allowed.
Once you leave Troll there are no refunds.
Reservations are not transferable.
Gulf Wars does not comp anyone but sitting Royals as laid out by Gulf Wars Financial Policy 6.7. All recognized SCA Kingdom’s King, Queen, and heirs shall have their Gulf Wars Site Fee waived. All recognized SCA Principality’s Prince, Princess, and heirs shall have their Gulf Wars Site Fee waived.
