Service Animal Attendance Form
Welcome to Gulf Wars! We welcome you and your Service Animal.
Handlers may have their animal wear specialized gear to identify them as a service animal to prevent patrons interfering with the animal while it is working, but this is not required.
Gulf Wars Animal Control must comply with federal and state laws that cover Service animals. Gulf Wars works continually to comply with all relevant federal and state laws. These laws are the American Disabilities Act, along with Mississippi Support Animal Act .
All animals meeting the American’s with Disabilities Act and Mississippi’s Support Animal Act (MSAA) definition may accompany the person needing them to Gulf Wars, providing the animal is trained to perform work or tasks directly related to the person’s disability. Any owner of an animal that is disruptive and/or dangerous to people or other animals will be talked with and options will be discussed first, if no options are available or this behavior is repeated, the owner will be required to remove the animal from the event site.
