Reservations

Pre Registrations by mail are available here – Reg-Form-2018.
All mail in reservations must be postmarked no later than JANUARY 31, 2018.

Requests for RV spaces will be taken starting  Dec 1 2017.
All request for RV spaces from March 2017 must be confirmed by Jan 1st 2018.

Reservations will not be processed without payment.
Registration listed includes member discount. If you are a non-member or a member without proof of membership expect to pay the $5.00 NMR at the door.

Trolling In

Have the following when trolling in:

  • Positive ID with photo and birth date E.g.: Photo drivers license, Military ID, Passport.
  • Minors (age 17 or under) without parents or legal guardians must have the appropriate unaccompanied
    minor forms required by the Kingdom of Residence.
  • Proof of membership
  • Car license number if you are responsible for a vehicle
  • Enough CASH for any additional gate fees
  • PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR
    CASH OR TRAVELERS CHECKS ONLY

Acceptable Proof of Membership:

  • Membership card
  • Mailing label from a Society publication showing membership # and expiration date
  • Payment confirmation from Society registry
  • Statement showing check payment or charge to Society registry

Refunds

The GW Exchequer must RECEIVE requests for refunds in writing, postmarked or e-mailed no later than March 1, 2017.
Refund requests should include the same information that was submitted in your registration form and should be sent to:

After March 1, 2018 all refund requests are processed at the discretion of the Gulf Wars Exchequer and the Autocrat, and only for serious situations that would result in someone not attending the War. No refunds will be issued for ANY REASON after March 9, 2018.  Refund requests not received by the Exchequer before March 6, 2018 may be delayed in processing.

ALL refunds will be charged a processing fee, as follows:
Mail-In Registrations – $5
PayPal Registrations – $5 or the PayPal processing fee, whichever is greater

Pets are not allowed.
Once you leave Troll there are no refunds.
Reservations are not transferable.

(c) No family shall pay a Site fee higher than three (3) adult member prices for admission to an
event as lon
g as they are all members. This may or may not include bed and/or feast spaces for
more than those covered by the three (3) paid adult member prices at the hosting Group’s
discretion. Family is defined as One (1) or Two (2) custodial adults, plus legal d
ependents age

Family Pricing only pertains to Registration Fees and does not include bed fees for those staying in cabins.
