Section 9.05 Children
(a) Any child under the age of legal consent attending any official function, must be in the company of a parent or legal guardian or have a letter of parental consent which designates an adult in attendance as responsible for the child and consent for the child to be treated in the case of a medical emergency, as well as a signed standard waiver.
(b) All waivers and letters of designation must be collected by the Autocrat or designated representative before a child may be admitted to site.
(c) The adult in charge of a child is responsible for any and all acts of the child.
(d) Children under the age of 12 must be within the sight or voice range of a designated adult, or responsible teenager - age 15 or older, at all times. Failure to do so may result in sanctions ranging from expulsion from site to notification of mundane authorities.
Sight or voice range will be determined by the Gulf Wars Staff. We realize that this is not necessarily the law in other kingdoms, but it is the law here and it will be enforced.

Pages' School Information

Greetings!
We would like to welcome our younger populace members to Gulf Wars. We have planned some exciting classes for this year's Pages' School with the hopes that all gentles, young and old, will be enticed to pay us a visit. Please note the schedule below!

Gulf Wars Pages' School Schedule:

All classes run approximately 45 minutes so please plan accordingly. Children may stay for the duration of a session but must be sign out (or be signed out by a parent, guardian or designated adult/teen if under the age of 12) in a timely manner at closing time and for the lunch break:
Page School: Ages 5-11. Tuesday through Friday (10-12 and 1-3). Page School Tent. Children must be signed in by parent or guardian. Gulf Wars Page School offers classes on a wide assortment of Medieval and SCA topics, presented in a fun and often hands-on manner. Snacks are not offered (water is), and children should not bring toys or personal items to class. The Gulf Wars Page School should be compatible with all Kingdom and Local Page Schools.
Wee Ones: Although, there will be no official classes for Wee Ones, a tent will be provided (along with a changing table and play area) for children under the age of five. Parents are required to stay with their children, as adult supervision will not be available.
Teens: The Page School tent will be available for teens Tuesday through Friday from 7 pm to 10 pm. Activities begin on Tuesday and run through Friday. There are two sessions - morning and afternoon. Children ages 5 to 12 are welcome to come have fun!

Morning sessions: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Afternoon sessions: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Teens: 7 pm-10 pm (Hosted each night by the Gulf Wars Staff)
